Retouching photos - Do I really need it?

We get asked all the time if there is really any benefit to retouching your images?

First you have to find your self the perfect photographer that understands and want to work with you on this photographic journey your about to embark on and then RETOUCHING is the icing on the cake.

It takes an great photos and makes it amazing.  It takes an amazing photos and make it simply astonishing!  A retouched photo is the completed vision of the photographer who took it.  So many times we get asked "Well can I just have the negatives/ digital files?"  Of course you can!

What will you do with them?  Will you images have that pop and flare that you are looking for or will they just seem to fall flat like all the photos that you've seen out there?

We will always give our clients an EDITED version of their files, so they are not left with a RAW version.  Our vision and YOURS is only completed when you take that final step and get your favourite image retouched.  It's the retouching that makes your photos and you feel like the superstar.  It's the retouching that gives you the celebrities touch.  It's the retouching that completes your images the way you had always wanted.   It's the FINAL product that you fell in love with... Is retouching really needed?  In my humble opinion....You have the right to have your image be a direct representation of how you deserve to be seen!

Stunning Children's Photography

Capture your child at this moment that they are in with  Stunning Children's Photography.

Michaela celebrating her 1st Birthday.  It has been wonderful seeing her grow up right before my eyes.  It seems like every time I see this cutie pie she has changed.  Michaela is my niece and with her photo shoots we just have auntie time.  Kids are so much fun to shoot because they don't know to be self conscious they just are!  They will smile when they want to, cry if they feel like it, smile and just stare at you.... It is always a good time shooting with little ones.  The best way I find to do this is to PLAY with them.  They don't want to behave or be told how they should be.  What they want is someone who will roll around on the floor with them.  Make them laugh.  Play a game or two.  I have the best photo sessions with children when parents just let them be.

Here's a little example of what I'm talking about!
Happy Birthday Michaela!
